1. E-Commerce Manager

Location: Remote
Type: Full-time (35–40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and optimise our Shopify storefront to enhance the customer journey.

- Plan, execute, and analyse digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.

- Use data and analytics to refine strategies and increase conversion rates.

- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

What You Bring:

- At least 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience.

- Strong grasp of SEO, e-commerce performance metrics, and online marketing trends.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.

- A proactive, analytical, and results-focused mindset.

2. Customer Service Specialist

Location: Remote
Type: Part-time (20–25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.

- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.
